The AusAlert Service Delivery Manager is a critical role responsible for leading cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and deploy products or services, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed-upon quality standards. Acting as a bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, they will focus on optimizing the delivery process, removing blockers, and managing risk to ensure high customer satisfaction.
A key focus of the role is supporting strategic planning and analysis by bringing together a range of operational, regulatory and capability considerations to inform investment and continuous improvement initiatives.
