Overview
The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is seeking an experienced Product Manager at an EL1 level to lead product strategy, roadmap development, and business value delivery for a complex government digital transformation program.
The Role
The Product Manager will work across business, policy, user experience and technology teams to translate program objectives into an actionable product vision and roadmap, ensuring delivery prioritisation remains focused on user needs, policy outcomes and measurable business benefits.
The role involves shaping the future Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) operating model and digital platform, balancing strategic direction with hands-on product management practice in a large-scale Agile delivery environment.
