We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) workflow solution—one of the organisation’s highest‑priority modernisation initiatives. The role requires someone who exhibits professional and technical expertise in implementing enterprise platforms and who brings strong project governance, analytical skills, and delivery discipline. Operating within a vendor‑delivered environment, the successful candidate must demonstrate strong vendor and contract management capability, ensuring delivery partners meet performance, integration, and quality expectations.

This position requires a leader who communicates with influence, manages competing priorities, and achieves results through structured delivery and risk management. The PM will work closely with business areas, internal teams, and suppliers, cultivating productive working relationships to deliver an effective, scalable ESM capability that uplifts service delivery and operational maturity.
