Overview
The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is seeking an Application Specialist to fill an Applications Support Officer role within its ICT Platform Services and Support Section.
The Role
This is a high performing engineering role within the ICT Platform Services and Support Section. The application services currently supported and delivered by the section are predominately underpinned by Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise), SharePoint (on-prem), Intelledox Infiniti, and the .Net framework, with some residual bespoke legacy applications in the environment.
The role holder will contribute to the enhancement, maintenance and support of applications and services by:
- Maintaining the technology platforms, including upgrades, patching and other sustainment activities
- Providing support to varying stakeholders across the agency
