Overview
The Department of Social Services (ACT) is seeking a Business Architect to design and document future-state operating models, business processes and service delivery arrangements supporting the implementation of reform initiatives.
The Role
The Business Architect will be responsible for:
- Designing and documenting future-state operating models, business processes and service delivery arrangements to support implementation of reform initiatives
- Identifying impacts across policy, operational, reporting, governance and digital functions
- Developing business architecture artefacts, capability models, detailed data and systems documentation, product capability roadmaps and other key business documentation
- Supporting organisational change, future-state service delivery, implementation and transition activities, and investment planning through the documentation produced
- Providing strategic advice on transition pathways between current and future operating environments
