Overview
Airservices Australia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Technology Service Delivery (TSD) Portfolio, leading and managing an allocated program to achieve targeted outcomes and benefits.
The Role
The role includes:
- Reporting to the Head of Transformation, Technology Service Delivery (the Portfolio Lead), via the Program Manager
- Delivering the identified outcomes of the assigned program for the organisation
- Applying standard industry and best practice project and program management approaches, in line with Airservices corporate governance
- Accountability for the full program life-cycle, including designing outcomes, planning progressive delivery, delivering capabilities and embedding outcomes
- Accountability to the Program Board, with overall and ongoing responsibility for the successful day-to-day leadership of the Program in support of the Program Director and Portfolio Lead
- Establishing and maintaining a high-performing and accountable program team
- Continuing to deliver Airservices record of safety, environmental, WHS, risk and compliance excellence
Role Requirements
- Extensive experience in delivering programs and projects
- Demonstrated people leadership experience
