Overview
The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) is seeking quotations for a licence for the FormFactor platform and associated support services.
About
The Department currently utilises the TrackR solution and FormFactor within its D365 environment to support service requests, internal workflows, and web forms. The solution is supported and extended through the use of the FormFactor platform.
Purpose
The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to procure a 12 month licence, with an option to extend for a further 12 months, for the FormFactor platform and associated support services.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of a 12 month licence for the FormFactor platform, with an option to extend for a further 12 months
- Provision of associated support services for the FormFactor platform
