Overview
The National Emergency Management Agency is seeking a provider to deliver ongoing maintenance and support for the AusAlert website through a bucket of development support hours.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of a bucket of hours for development support
- Maintaining a 99.95% infrastructure uptime guarantee
- Meeting security requirements to OFFICIAL: Sensitive
- Monthly Drupal patching
- 24/7 tiered support
- Provision of 3 provisional environments
- Technical assistance and development to resolve bugs
- Assisting NEMA during and post-GovCMS updates
- Ensuring compatibility and stability across the environment
- Keeping PHP and Drupal modules up to date
- Ensuring Drupal modules comply with Drupal security advisories
- Managing Git repositories
- Providing recommendations regarding platform performance, security and risk management
- CAP module and API management, monitoring, and maintenance
- Monthly service reporting outlining the tasks completed during the period, hours consumed and carry-forward balance
