Overview
The Climate Change Authority is seeking a supplier to provide TechnologyOne client support services through a structured agreement covering a range of technical and functional support activities.
Scope
The Authority may ask the supplier to:
- Provide user-centric technical helpdesk, service desk and service management services that coordinate and optimise digital and ICT service delivery, and manage incidents, requests and problems
- Perform testing
- Provide ongoing support, bug fixes and updates
- Develop front-end software solutions
- Develop back-end software solutions
- Integrate software, and emerging technology, with other systems and applications
- Test and quality assure applications
- Maintain and enhance existing applications and software to keep them current and optimised
