Position summary
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead (contract) to provide technical leadership and stewardship of the Clean Energy Regulator’s digital platform(s). Working closely with Agile Release Train (ART) leadership team, architects, and multi-disciplinary Scrum teams, you will help shape solution design, uplift engineering practices, and ensure our products are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
About the role
As Tech Lead, you will provide hands-on technical leadership across the Clean Energy Regulator’s digital platform. You will guide teams to align solution design and engineering practices with delivery roadmaps in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
You will act as a trusted advisor, champion technical excellence, and enable Scrum teams deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed architectural, security, testing and governance guardrails. This includes promoting alignment of solution design and engineering practices with SAFe product roadmaps and agile delivery, managing technical risk, and supporting sustainable practices that improve reliability and maintainability over time.
