Overview
The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations is seeking a Senior Project Officer to support a Communication, Change, and Graphic Design function within large-scale ICT and digital transformation initiatives across the Department.
The Role
The role focuses on enabling effective change through clear communication, structured engagement and practical change support that helps stakeholders understand, adopt and embed new systems, processes and ways of working.
Working closely with change managers, solution architects, delivery teams and ICT subject matter experts, the role contributes to behavioural change, capability uplift and driving adoption of different initiatives. The Senior Project Officer is responsible for contributing to outcomes by translating complex technical and architectural changes into clear, consistent and user focused communication.
The role operates with a high level of autonomy under general direction and contributes hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, multi-stream program environment.
