Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Central Coast Council is seeking tenders from a suitably qualified and experienced Design and Construct (D&C) Contractor for the design, manufacture and installation of a new lift and lift shaft at Lake Haven Recreation Facility, Chelmsford Rd, Gorokan, NSW, 2263.

Purpose

Currently there is only stair access to the first floor of the building, limiting access to facilities. Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a contract with the preferred tenderer.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Design of a new lift and lift shaft at Lake Haven Recreation Facility
  • Manufacture of the new lift and lift shaft
  • Installation of the new lift and lift shaft

  • Suitably qualified and experienced Design and Construct (D&C) Contractor
