Overview
The Council of the City of Ryde is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced tenderers for the provision of Head Contractor Services for the design and construction of works at the City of Ryde Head Offices, 118 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park.
Scope
- Provision of Head Contractor Services at the City of Ryde Head Offices, 118 Talavera Road, Macquarie Park
A detailed brief of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Section B, Principals Project Requirements.
Contractor Requirements

Site Inspection
A Site Walk Through will be held for this opportunity. Attendance is not mandatory.
