Sutherland Shire Council is seeking to engage Lead Design Consultant(s) to provide multidisciplinary consultancy services for two Sporting Precinct Master Plans within the Sutherland Shire Local Government Area.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Provision of multidisciplinary consultancy services for the development of two Sporting Precinct Master Plans
  • Development and adoption of the Sylvana Waters Taren Point Recreation Precinct Master Plan
  • Development and adoption of The Ridge Sporting Complex and Parc Menai Master Plan
  • Working closely with Council and relevant stakeholders throughout the development and adoption of the Master Plans
