Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for the provision of Natural Resource Management Services (Bushland and Stormwater Assets).
Scope
- Bushland regeneration and manual weed removal
- Mapping and reporting of weeds
- Mechanical and chemical weed control (including high-vol application)
- Aquatic weed control (chemical and mechanical)
- Establishment and/or maintenance of Asset Protection Zones
- Culling/felling of non-endemic trees
- Pruning of walking tracks/paths
- Supply and/or installation of native plant stock
- Seed collection
- Litter collections and rubbish removal
- Maintenance of drainage lines and waterways including some removal of macrophytes and sediment
- Erosion control works and site stabilisation
- Bushfire hazard reduction via manual removal or mechanical clearing
- Monitoring sites, survey of flora and reporting
- Reporting of incidents, hazards and issues
- Obligations attached to General Biosecurity Duty
