⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Ku-ring-gai Council is a Local Government Area in the North Shore region of Sydney. It includes the suburbs of Gordon, Pymble, Lindfield, Killara, St Ives, Roseville, Warrawee, Turramurra and parts of Wahroonga.

ABOUT THE TENDER: Council needs to engage a suitable contractor to undertake the construction of the Urban Park at Bedes Forest on the corner of College Street and Stanly Street St Ives NSW 2075

This will include but not limited to the following:

- Preliminaries

- General Requirements (Preparation/Execution of environmental management plan, waste management plan, soil erosion and sediment control plan and preparation/execution of progress photography and as-built plans)

- Demolition

- Earthworks

- Concrete

- Masonry and Walling Systems

- Waterproofing

- Ground Coverings

- Landscaping - Stonework

- Furniture, Timberwork & Accessories

- Amenities Block

- Hydraulic Services

- Electrical Services

Please note the following before downloading this tender.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred using the attached word version of the Schedule. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. 

Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the tender title, number, and closing date, and placed in the Tender Box located in the foyer (level 4) of Council Chambers, 818 Pacific Highway Gordon 2072 by the nominated time and date.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2.00pm AEST on 31 March 2026 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff is unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the Tender. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
