Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Cumberland City Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced sportsfield renovation contractors to provide topdressing services to sporting fields across the Cumberland City Council local government area.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Provision of topdressing to 34 sporting fields (26 lots of land, totalling 24.8ha and 4,001 tonnes) within the Cumberland City Council LGA
  • Completion of works within the timeframe specified in the Scope of Work attachment

Contractor Requirements

  • Appropriate qualifications and experience in sportsfield renovation

Contract Terms and Conditions

  • Contract type: Major Service Agreement
  • Contract period: 3 months
  • Pricing basis: Lump sum fixed price, in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules
  • Applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract
