About

CASA relies on the myCASA online portal as a primary digital channel for delivering services to industry participants, licence holders, operators, applicants, and other stakeholders.

Purpose

As demand for digital services increases, CASA requires an independent review of the myCASA platform to assess its suitability for current and future business needs.
