Overview
Services Australia is seeking an approved supplier to recruit suitable research participants who identify as living with disability and to support Services Australia in undertaking inclusive user research and usability testing.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Recruiting a diverse range of research participants who identify as living with disability
- Facilitating or co-facilitating up to 18 in person research sessions
- Providing participant support and expert guidance to agency staff
- Assisting with session planning
- Undertaking technical checks and IP allow-listing
- Assisting with debriefing
- Providing de-identified research recordings where required
