Overview
Acceler Project Management, in partnership with Good Shepherd Lutheran College Noosaville, is calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors to participate in a Two Part Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process for the procurement of a new two storey performing arts building.
Scope
- Participation in a Two Part Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process for the procurement of a new two storey performing arts building
Contractor Requirements
To be considered for this Expression of Interest, contractors must have:
- Strong experience in delivering large school building projects, preferably on the Sunshine Coast
- Strong experience working in live school environments
- Experience participating in the design phase of projects, preferably school performing arts and ECI projects
- Availability to tender in November 2026
- Safety, environmental and quality management systems (third party certified preferred)
- Suitable QBCC licence and business financials
