⁠⁠⁠Overview

Redland City Council is seeking a head contractor for the construction and upgrade of the existing active Recreation Infrastructure/Recreational Zone at the William Taylor Memorial Sportsfield.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Construction of a new and contemporary district level skatepark
  • Construction of a BMX track
  • Construction of a new pétanque arena
  • Construction of a rebound wall and basketball court
  • Construction of a park shelter
  • Supply and installation of park furniture and elements
  • Construction of connecting pathways
  • Construction of a new amenities block
  • Installation of electrical pathway lighting
  • Associated works
