The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is seeking to engage a supplier with the capability and experience to provide integrated SAP support and maintenance services across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and related integrations.

Support for post go-live operational stability across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP
Incident resolution
Release management
Ongoing configuration
Continuous improvement
Technical integration support

Contractor Requirements

Capability and experience providing integrated SAP support and maintenance services across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and related integrations
