Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of professional services to support the transformation of the City's corporate website
- Development of a future-state digital vision
- Development of a service architecture
- Development of a governance framework
- Development of an implementation roadmap to guide the evolution of the City's broader digital ecosystem
