Overview
The Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) requires an independent assurance provider to undertake a Release Readiness Review (RRR) for Operation O - FACTS and provide an objective assessment of readiness for production release.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Assessing whether the solution is safe and ready for release into production
- Assessing whether organisation readiness has been achieved to support adoption and benefits realisation from Day 1
- Providing an evidence-based Go, Conditional Go, or No-Go recommendation
