⁠⁠⁠Overview

Brisbane Catholic Education invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for Stage 6 at St Clare's Catholic Primary School, Yarrabilba. The project has an approximate value of $2.5-$3.5 million.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Extensions to Blocks E, F, G, H and J, adding single level learning environments
  • A staff carpark extension

Contractor Requirements

  • Suitably qualified and experienced in delivering projects of this nature
  • Capacity for construction throughout 2027
