Overview
The Office of the Inspector-General of Intelligence and Security (IGIS) is seeking a vendor to build a custom intranet solution using SharePoint Online, hosted by the Attorney-General's Department (AGD), under a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a SharePoint Online Intranet build.
About
IGIS is a small organisation of approximately 50 staff that currently uses a SharePoint team site as its internal communication platform for all staff. AGD hosts the IGIS protected network on the AGD system, including the IGIS intranet, which is currently a Team Site. AGD has moved to M365 and SharePoint Online, providing IGIS with the opportunity to upgrade to a more appropriate communication solution.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Building a custom intranet solution using SharePoint Online, hosted by AGD
- Developing the intranet based on existing, completed user experience (UX) design and information architecture (IA)
- Technical delivery, configuration and integration of the intranet solution
The focus of this engagement is on technical delivery, configuration and integration, rather than discovery or design.
