Overview
The Bureau of Meteorology is seeking a Senior SAP HR Consultant Functional Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement and optimisation of its SAP systems.
About
The Bureau is undertaking initiatives involving the implementation, enhancement and optimisation of SAP systems to support business operations and strategic objectives.
The Role
The role includes:
- Supporting project-driven SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades and enhancements within SAP ECC 6.0
- Delivering business and technology change initiatives related to SAP HR
- Working closely with HR stakeholders, technical teams and the project manager to deliver system enhancements
- Resolving issues arising within SAP HR modules
- Supporting testing cycles
- Ensuring SAP HR solutions align with business needs, legislative requirements, and best-practice processes
Role Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of HR processes
- Hands-on SAP configuration expertise across modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and Employee/Manager Self-Service
- Experience specialising in project-driven implementations, rollouts, upgrades and enhancements within SAP ECC 6.0
