Overview
The Clean Energy Regulator (CER) is seeking a provider to redevelop the existing Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme (SRES) eLearning package.
About
The CER administers the SRES, established under the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000. The scheme creates financial incentives for eligible small-scale renewable energy systems and supports Australia's renewable energy objectives.
As part of its administration of the scheme, the CER delivers mandatory online learning to stakeholders participating in the SRES, including approved agents, installers and other industry participants. The current learning package consists of three modules and is used to support understanding of legislative obligations, scheme requirements, compliance expectations and best practice conduct.
Purpose
The objective of this engagement is to redevelop the existing SRES eLearning package into a modern, accessible and maintainable learning solution hosted within CER's learning management environment.
