This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Attorney-General's Department (AGD) is seeking to procure a tool that provides access to global corporate registry databases to support the investigation of enforcement activities under the Foreign Influence Transparency Scheme (FITS). The FITS provides public visibility about foreign influence targeted at Australia's federal politics and government.
We are seeking a tool that:
A) offers centralised access to global open-source corporate data, including about corporate ownership/shareholders, relationships, governance, directorships, national security risks and social media and
B) offers the ability to collate, map and analyse complex corporate data. The tool should offer a user-friendly interface, allow for flexible and customisable search/filter/sorting of high volumes of data.
