Expressions of Interest are invited from licensed builders for the completion of refurbishments to the I-Block and Wellbeing Hub at Coomera Anglican College, 8 Days Road, Upper Coomera, QLD, 4209
- I-Block Refurbishment approx. area is 403m2 and the project is Type B Construction Class 9b building.
- Wellbeing Hub Refurbishment approx. area is 284m2 and the project is Type C Construction Class 5 building.
A select list of tenderers shall be chosen from those who have registered.
Tender Period - 2nd July 2026 – 30th July 2026
Commencement on Site - Late September 2026
