Kempsey Shire Council is delivering a multi project capital works program funded under the disaster recovery funding arrangements (DRFA), with a focus on infrastructure restoration and resilience.
The program includes multiple concurrent stages of delivery, requiring structured accountable and outcome focused project management.
To support this program Kempsey Shire Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced project managers and/or project management companies.
The program is driven by the need to deliver a large portfolio of disaster recovery infrastructure works within defined funding timeframes under DRFA.
The focus is on getting works delivered properly, within funding limits, and clear control over scope budget and sequencing.
The program is being delivered under a structured governance framework to ensure consistency, accountability and clear visibility across all projects
