Tender Description
Turner & Townsend, on behalf of Burwood Council, is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced demolition contractors for the Demolition Works of the Enfield Aquatic Centre Redevelopment.
The project scope for the Early Works Contract of the EAC will comprise the partial demolition of existing aquatic and ancillary facilities, to enable the subsequent construction of new aquatic, fitness and community elements by the Main Works Contractor.
