Council Community Facilities Cleaning Services - Multiple Locations

⁠⁠⁠Clarence City Council invites Tenders from Tenderers for the cleaning of the below listed community facilities throughout the City of Clarence.

2.  Sandford Hall – 949 South Arm Road, Sandford
3.  Lauderdale Hall – 528A South Arm Road, Lauderdale
4.  Cambridge Hall – 989 Cambridge Road, Cambridge
5.  Lewis Park Hall – 21 Surf Road, Seven Mile Beach
6.  Rokeby Trust Hall – 5 Church Street, Rokeby
7.  Lindisfarne Community Activity Centre - 37A Lincoln Street, Lindisfarne
8.  Bellerive Community Arts Centre - 17 Cambridge Road, Bellerive
9.  Risdon Vale Hall - 26 Sugarloaf Road, Risdon Vale
10.  Richmond Hall – 54 Bridge Street, Richmond
11.  Richmond Chambers – 54 Bridge Street, Richmond
12.  Alma’s Community Centre – 17 Alma Street, Bellerive

BACKGROUND

Clarence City Council maintains 10 hireable community facilities and 2 non-hireable facilities throughout the City of Clarence. This tender pertains to the cleaning of each site.

PRE-TENDER SITE MEETING

A pre-tender site meeting will not be carried out.

A photo package for each listed property is supplied as part of the Tender documents.

Council staff are available to answer any questions posed through tendering portal relating to the facilities.
