Provision of Maintenance Services Green Point Reserve & Marrawah Hall Memorial Area

⁠⁠⁠This contract seeks a fee proposal from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide cleaning of toilets, removal of rubbish and mowing grass.

The Contractor shall execute and complete the works under the Contract. The Contractor shall submit a monthly claim for work completed. Provided the work is certified by the Works & Services Team as having been completed, Council shall pay the amount due within 28 days.

Contractor to supply an appropriate vehicle for the work.

Contractor to supply all tools, hoses, fuel, brush cutter, buckets etc. necessary to complete the works. Council will supply toilet rolls, hand towels and detergents.

Mower with the appropriate guards and condition to carry out the works safely and efficiently is to be supplied by the Contractor.

PROGRAM OF WORK

Litter pick-up: Twice weekly – Monday and Friday from and around the Green Point Reserve area.

Toilet Cleaning: Twice weekly – Monday and Friday at Green Point Reserve, before 10am.

Barbecue Cleaning: Twice weekly – clean barbecues and building at Green Point Reserve, before 10am.

Mowing and Brush Cutting: As required (refer to intervention levels), includes brush cutting and hand mowing at the following sites:

• Marrawah Memorial Hall area

• Green Point Reserve
