Leederville Primary School Landscaping Stage 3

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Landscape Works at West Leederville Primary School.

The Work includes but is not limited to the demolition of selected existing landscape elements and the construction of new hard and soft landscaping across the site. Works include installation of concrete and unit paving, retaining and play walls, steps, ramps and level changes, garden beds, mulch and softfall surfaces, irrigated turf areas, and new trees and shrubs. The project also includes delivery and installation of natural and proprietary play elements such as log steppers, balance logs, boulders, cubby structures, climbing features, slides and play tunnels. A new irrigation system will be installed to service all new turf, garden and tree planting areas as per the consultant’s specification and recommendation.

Construction works for the Landscape Project are proposed to commence with demolition during the September–October school holidays, with the remaining works to continue throughout the school term. All efforts will be made to minimise disruption to school operations, with completion targeted prior to the end of November 2026

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 58 Northwood Street, West Leederville on 7 May, 2026 10:00 AM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at West Leederville Primary School. The location of the briefing will be – 58 Northwood Street, West Leederville WA 6007.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
