Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake fire upgrades at Helena Valley Primary School.
The Work includes but is not limited to completion of various fire safety compliance upgrades throughout the school as part of the Fire Upgrade program, see consultant specification. Works to be completed during school term.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 3700 Helena Valley Road, Helena Valley on 4 May, 2026 1:30 PM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at Helena Valley Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 3700 Helena Valley Rd, Helena Valley WA.
