Tender Description
The City of Kalamunda is seeking to engage a qualified Contractor for the servicing and maintenance of fire detection, suppression, and evacuation systems in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards. The price schedules (Part A-F) are provided for breakdown only and together represent one indivisible scope of work, to be awarded to a single contractor. Works will consist of scheduled preventive maintenance along with reactive system failure callouts. All works to be conducted in accordance with Australian Standards AS 1851 – 2012.
The Contractor is responsible for supplying equipment and services to complete the scheduled works. The intention is to form a three-year business relationship with two further options to extend that to a fourth and fifth year. The decision to approve extensions will be solely at the City's discretion and will be based on the Contractors performance and/or the City's operational requirements at the time.
