Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Justice (DOJ) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Pulse Energised Fence Works at Hakea Prison
The Work includes but is not limited to the supply, installation, cabling, configuration and testing of a new E Fence detection system.
These works involve the removal of the existing Senstar acoustic fence cabling and controllers and replacing it with a full height E fence, with some sections including E Fence on the crank, including a new E Fence fibre network
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 1170 Nicholson Road, Canning Vale on 29 Apr, 2026 4:06 PM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at Hakea Prison. The location of the briefing will be 1170 Nicholson Road Canning Vale 6155
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
