This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Specialist support to assist maintaining the IPEA instance of Content Manager and provide training for IPEA staff in how to use the tool.
A health check of our existing Content Manager instance. This will give us a baseline of our implementation and provide recommendations for maintenance and enhancements.
The preferred support arrangement is via a block of support hours. The work can be performed remotely, and all work is required to be approved by IPEA contract manager(s) prior to starting.
The main support requirement for 2026 will be onboarding of new staff into IPEA under a Machinery of Government change including the addition of new functions and activities.
