This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Comcare currently does not have a consistently tested or well-governed Disaster Recovery (DR) capability that is fully aligned with its Business Continuity Plans (BCPs). As a result, there is limited assurance that critical business services can be effectively restored in the event of a major disruption. This gap exposes Comcare to increased operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.
Through this initiative, Comcare seeks to strengthen its Disaster Recovery capability by establishing a robust, tested, and well-governed recovery framework. This framework will support business continuity, enhance cyber resilience, and ensure Comcare can meet its assurance and compliance obligations with confidence.
