Project / Background:
Central Coast Council is undertaking the upgrade and installation of new sportsground drainage and irrigation, works at Terry Oval, Springfield. The installation of drainage and irrigation will improve field performance, turf health, and year-round usability. Final detailed designs and technical specifications have been completed and issued for construction.
Terry Oval, Springfield, is an important year-round sport and recreation facility within the Central Coast Local Government Area and is utilised by local sporting clubs and community groups. Council has identified that the existing playing surface, requires installation of drainage and irrigation to improve field performance, accessibility, and resilience during both wet and dry weather. The objective of this project is to ensure the field drains effectively following rainfall, maintains healthy turf conditions during periods of limited moisture, and supports reliable ongoing community use.
Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
A Mandatory Pre-tender briefing will be held commencing be held commencing 12th May at 11.00am on site at Terry Oval, Springfield.
Pre-registration is required by emailing the contact officer Cameron Thompson no later than 4PM on Friday 11th May with the names and organisation of those attending.
