Request for Quotes - Loxton Retirement Village Gardener/Caretaker

⁠⁠⁠Request for Quotes are invited for the contract position of Gardener/Caretaker of the Loxton Retirement Village.

The contract will be for an initial period of three years, with an option to extend for a further two-year period, plus a one-year extension, commencing 1 July 2026.

The Loxton Retirement Village comprises of 4 Courts with a total of 108 Independent Living Units with extensive lawn and garden areas.

The role of the gardener/caretaker is divided into two parts.

• Part A: Maintenance of lawned and landscaped areas of all four courts.
• Part B: Assistance to residents with minor maintenance and repairs to units.

Respondents may quote for Part A or Part B or both.
