Overview
CSIRO is seeking responses through this Request for Tender (RFT) from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to provide grounds maintenance services at its Clayton Precinct (Clayton, Clayton North and Notting Hill), Aspendale, and Werribee (Sneydes Road and South Road) sites.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of comprehensive preventive and reactive grounds maintenance services
- Provision of landscaping services
- Maintenance of all outdoor areas at the mentioned sites to a high standard of safety and presentation
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of grounds maintenance services
