Greater Western Water (GWW) is a Victorian water utility servicing the western and north-western suburbs of Melbourne and regional growth areas. Greater Western Water (Organisation) is responsible for providing water and recycled water supply, sewerage, and trade waste services to over 596,000 residential customers and over 47,000 non-residential customers across an area of 3,700 square kilometres, stretching from Melbourne CBD, inner and north-western suburbs through the Melton and Sunbury growth corridors to Bacchus Marsh and the Macedon Ranges.
GWW operates critical water supply and wastewater assets, relying on SCADA and operational technology systems for real-time control and monitoring. Continuous support is essential to ensure operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and risk management across the service region.
The Organisation is seeking responses to this Invitation for the provision of the 24/7 support services for its OT/SCADA systems across the water and wastewater network. This includes remote monitoring, fault resolution, on-site response, preventative maintenance and integration of new system components. The comprehensive service specifications and requirements are outlined in Part A.2 Specifications.
The OT/SCADA 24/7 Response Support Service will be awarded to a single supplier through competitive procurement process. The contract will include an initial term of three (3) years, with an option for a further one (1) plus one (1) year at GWW discretion, subject to satisfactory performance and operational requirements.
