Technical Support for Resolve Enterprise Case Management System
The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) is seeking to establish a contracted ICT technical support / managed service to support the administration and development of the OAIC’s Resolve Enterprise case management system.
The support contract requires the services of an experienced Resolve Enterprise developer to deliver a range of technical support and application development outcomes, including in relation to designing, developing and implementing new case types and webforms and re-engineering complex case workflows within the application. The contract is for up to 15 hours per week, including client engagement. The contract is to commence in early July 2026 for an initial contract period of 12 months.
