CSIRO seeks strategic evaluation advisory services to support its independent seven-year review of the 3EAC Impact Design Framework (2018).
The Seller will assist in revalidating impact measures, conducting structured stakeholder evidence gathering, and providing written evaluation analysis and recommendations to inform the final Monitoring and Reporting document.
The scope aligns with CSIRO’s obligations under its executed agreement with Macquarie Agricultural Funds Management Limited.
