Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This project proposes the construction of a new serviced training building adjacent to Cunningham House, along with a new modular toilet block near the training office, supplemented by necessary amenity upgrades within Cunningham House at Essential Energy Tamworth Depot located at 2A Electra Street, Tamworth.

Recommended On-Site Meeting:

Tuesday, 10 March 2026 at 1.00pm.

It is recommended that prospective tenderers attend for site familiarisation and clarification of scope.
