EOI – Civil, Excavation & Shoring Works
Expressions of Interest are invited from civil contractors for excavation, piling and shoring works in Crows Nest NSW.
Project involves perimeter boundary shoring with bored piles and caping beam and bulk excavation on a ~750m² site.
Scope:
- perimeter boundary piling/ shoring/ shotcrete/ capping beams as per structural drawings
- bulk and detailed excavation for single level basement as indicated on drawings
- temporary bracing if required
- dust, noise and sediment/erosion controls
- traffic and pedestrian management as required
- coordination with plumbing works
- protection of adjoining property and public frontages
Contractors should provide:
- company details and capability statement
- license details and insurances (minimum 20M public liability & workers comp)
- relevant basement/shoring project examples
