Invitation to Tender | Rouse Hill Precinct

Landcom on behalf of the vendor, Sydney Metro, is seeking respondents to our Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Rouse Hill Precinct.

The Rouse Hill Precinct is located on Schofields Road, between Rouse Hill Town Centre and Tallawong Station. Once complete, it is intended that it will create a vibrant community within the Northwest Growth Centre. It will be connected and dynamic, offering the convenience and amenities of inner city living whilst still close to the bushland setting of Northwest Sydney.

The site’s land area is approximately *49,227m2
