Refurbishment and Upgrade of Facilities

The Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced builders to undertake refurbishment, upgrade, and reconfiguration works across selected MRC facilities and associated amenities.

The purpose of the works is to refresh and update existing facilities to improve functionality, and provide a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. While MRC has identified the areas and outcomes requiring improvement, respondents are encouraged to apply their experience and expertise to propose practical, effective, and fit-for-purpose solutions for how these out-comes are best achieved.

The works are intended to be practical and cost-conscious, using durable materials and fixtures, with a strong focus on value for money and long-term benefit to MRC. Respondents are invited to provide recommendations where alternative approaches, materials, or layouts may deliver improved outcomes.

The scope of works will include demolition, installation of new fixtures, joinery, tiling, flooring, windows, doors, blinds, and signage. All works must be completed efficiently and, where applicable, with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
